How do I update my organisation's bank details?

You should always ensure that you hold your organisation's most recent bank or building society details in your Dashboard on The Good Exchange so that payments can be made to the correct account.  These details can be found under My Dashboard > Organisation > Financial.

If you need to update your bank details, email support@thegoodexchange and a member of our team will change these for you.  Please note, you will have to upload a new bank or building society statement which clearly shows the Account Name, Account Number and Sort Code of your new account.
